IntroductionPurpose and Scope This Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets forth the terms and conditions under which AddMeDad LLC provides shared hosting and domain registration services (“Services”) to its users (“Users”). This SLA outlines our commitment to delivering high-quality services, including service availability, performance metrics, and remedies for non-compliance.Service AvailabilityUptime Guarantee AddMeDad LLC guarantees 99.9% uptime for its shared hosting and domain registration services, measured on a monthly basis. Uptime is defined as the time during which the Services are available and accessible by the User, excluding scheduled maintenance and exclusions outlined below.Performance Metrics
  • Response Time: We strive to respond to support inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Issue Resolution Time: We aim to resolve technical issues within 72 hours of acknowledgment.
ResponsibilitiesAddMeDad LLC’s Responsibilities
  • Service Provision: Deliver shared hosting and domain registration services as described in the User’s plan.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure the security and performance of the Services.
  • Support: Provide technical support through email and support tickets.
  • Monitoring: Continuously monitor the infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
User Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate account and contact information and promptly update any changes.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain the security and performance of their own systems, including timely updates and patches.
  • Notification of Issues: Notify AddMeDad LLC promptly of any issues or outages experienced.
  • Compliance: Comply with AddMeDad LLC’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and other applicable terms and conditions.
Monitoring and ReportingService Monitoring AddMeDad LLC uses automated monitoring tools to track the performance and availability of its Services. These tools operate 24/7 to ensure continuous monitoring.Reporting Users can request service performance reports by contacting our support team. Reports include uptime statistics, response times, and resolution times.RemediesService Credits If AddMeDad LLC fails to meet the uptime guarantee of 99.9% in any given month, compensation will be determined through mutual agreement with the User. The maximum compensation will be an additional month of service at no cost, equivalent to the User’s current plan.Claiming Credits To claim service credits, Users must submit a request within 30 days of the end of the month in which the uptime guarantee was not met. Requests should be sent to support@addmedad.com and include relevant details and supporting evidence.ExclusionsThis SLA does not apply to service interruptions or performance issues caused by:
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Planned downtime for maintenance and updates, announced in advance.
  • User Actions: Misconfigurations, custom scripts, or any actions performed by the User.
  • Third-Party Services: Issues with third-party services or applications integrated by the User.
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond AddMeDad LLC’s control, including natural disasters, war, or acts of government.
Changes to the SLAAddMeDad LLC reserves the right to modify this SLA at any time. Changes will be communicated to Users via email and posted on our website.
